Quick Pay is another way for you to repay your IBMSECU loans. It allows you to make your loan payments anytime, anywhere, quickly and securely from your desktop or mobile devices.
You DO NOT need to register for this service in Online Banking, nor do you need to log into Online or Mobile Banking to use this service!

There will be an identity verification process using your Member Number or Social Security number and date of birth.
You can also access Quick Pay through Online Banking by selecting the "Quick Pay" from the "All Services" menu or through Mobile Banking by selecting "Quick Pay" from the main menu.
Here’s how it works:
Once inside Quick Pay, you can make loan payments using either a credit card* or any internal IBMSECU account or authorized external financial institution account.
Just select the loan you want to pay and choose your preferred payment method:
- Credit Union Account (your accounts will display with available balance)
- External Account (for Online Banking users that have enrolled in our eTransfers service)
- Credit/Debit Card* (American Express cards are not accepted)
You can make a single one-time payment or schedule recurring monthly payments until your loan is paid off or the payment is cancelled.
*There is no fee for an internal transfer from your IBMSECU account, or for the eTransfer service. A $10.00 Quick Pay Fee will be assessed for each online credit or debit card payment to your IBMSECU loan. Effective July 1, 2017, a $15.00 Loan Payment by Phone or Branch Fee will apply for external credit or debit card payments to your IBMSECU loan processed by Credit Union staff. Refer to the Quick Pay Loan Payment Service User Agreement available on our website, or contact a Member Service Advisor for more information.
