You will need the account numbers and routing numbers for all the external accounts that you would like to set up for eTransfers. Log-in to Online Banking and open the slider menu (3 horizontal lines on the upper left of the screen) and choose “Funds Transfer.” Click on the “Accounts” tab and then click “Add New External Account.” For security reasons, the system will generate and send a One Time Password (OTP). You will have to enter the OTP that was received via text and/or email before continuing the process. Once the OTP is verified, you will need to enter details about your external account and then select “Finish.”
Allow two business days before you access your external account to identify two transactions of the same amount (one debit and one credit) from the Credit Union. Return to the Funds Transfer section of Online Banking and click on “Accounts.” Click on the green check mark next to the new account which will be listed under “External Accounts.” Enter the exact dollar amount of the transactions and click on “Verify.” Once the dollar amount matches, your account is verified and available for fund transfers.
