Business eDeposits is a great option for our Business Members who deposit a high volume of checks. Our Business Members with lower check depositing needs are always welcome to use our free eDeposits service.

How to make a Business eDeposit

From your mobile phone:

  1. Launch the eDeposits app, log in, and click on the “+” symbol to start your deposit.
  2. Choose your location and associated account; enter the amount of the check.
  3. Click “Add Check” to capture front/back pictures of the check.
  4. Click "Submit" and you’re finished!

From your desktop with a scanner:

  1. Log in to the eDeposits website; from the home page click the "Create New Deposit" button to open the "Create New Deposit" dialog box.
  2. Click the "Add Items" button to open the scanner window. (Note: A one-time download of the Internet Deposit Application (IDA) is required.)
  3. Click the "Scan" button and inspect your images.
  4. Click the "Complete" button when finished with all scans. If the scans were completed without error, a confirmation message appears. Click "Yes" to tally your results and end your session.
