Full-Time - Non-Exempt

Primary Function:
Provide leadership and assist Branch Manager with overall sales, service and educational operations of a full-service Operations Branch.  Welcome members to the Credit Union, and deliver excellent service by identifying member needs and financial solutions.  Maintain full knowledge of all credit union products and services and promotions for the purpose of educating members and MSA team.  Process consumer loan applications, make loan decisions, process transactions, and account changes according to member requests and credit union policies and procedures.  Provide guidance and technical support to MSA team. 

 

 Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products and services to meet members’ financial needs.
  • Provide members with the most recent accurate information about the features and benefits.
  • Open member accounts and process transactions.
  • Assist the manager in administration of daily activity.
  • Process consumer loan applications.
  • Promote growth of products and services through sales coaching of Tellers and Member Service Advisors.
  • Participates in business development activities to grow business.
  • Participates in community development activities.
  • Resolve/process account inquiries and maintenance as directed by members.
  • Facilitate training of new employees.
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to Member Service Advisors.
  • Resolve escalated issues as presented and act as the buffer between the Member Service Advisors, Tellers and the Managers.
  • Complete reports/reporting as assigned by the Manager.
  • Maintain and promote accessibility, cooperation, positive attitude, and willingness to assist members, team mates and internal members.
  • Assist with all branch compliance audits.
  • Act as backup for all branch positions.

Education and Experience:
This job requires college level language, math and reasoning skills. Associates Degree and three years’ experience, or the equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in a financial institution with similar responsibilities. Formal position training focuses on currency and should be supplemented with professional development education.

Primary Function: Develop member account relationships with regard to card products by assisting members via telephone and e-mail in a professional, prompt and efficient manner.  Maintain full knowledge of Card Services products and services not limited to new accounts, credit, debit and ATM.

  • Complete balance transfers, account inquiries and maintenance, monitor account activity, evaluate validity of disputes, research and rectify account issues.
  • Deliver products and services to meet members’ financial needs at each touch point.

Primary Function: 

Provide leadership and direct staff with overall sales, service and educational operations of a full-service Operations Branch.  Maintain service excellence, optimal product sales growth and effective e-commerce education. 

Job Requirements:

Job requires a four-year college level of language, math and reasoning skills and three or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.     

Job Duties:

  • Direct daily branch operations. Supervise the security of branch operations. Implement and execute all management approved decisions.
  • Monitor and recommend improvements in areas of daily operations & productivity.
  • Assign workflow to ensure excellent service to the membership and to reduce OT. Responsible for providing additional coverage where needed to meet departmental goals.
  • Supervise the lending process within the branch adhering to authority limits established in the Loan Policy.
  • Establish Sales Goals for branch staff.
  • Conducts and participates in business development activities to grow business.
  • Conducts and participates in community development activities.
  • Provide analysis of reviews to focus on ways to improve products and services .Ensure product acceptability through continuous focus on competition.
  • Develop department budget consistent with strategic plan and overall CU budget.
  • Coordinate and support a comprehensive employee learning and development program that enhances knowledge, skills, and performance of the individual.
  • Provide recommendations for hiring, terminations, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals, training and development, and interpretation of credit union rules and policies. Conduct all personnel functions in accordance with applicable statues as provided by Human Resources.
  • Prepare standardized reports and develop customized reports as directed by management.
  • Maintain all branch compliance audits are complete.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled team meetings. Keep staff adequately informed.
  • Act as backup for all branch positions.

Primary Function:  
Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts related to loans and minimize losses related to loan delinquency.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily collection activities on consumer, VISA and real estate loans by reviewing credit and other information on delinquent accounts and evaluating prospects for collection of monies owed.
  • Manage the retention of the collections records/documents.
  • Maintain records to support collection activities by documenting communications in FSP and /or CRM.
  • Monitor payments are followed as negotiated. Ensure all delinquent accounts are handled procedurally correct.
  • Remain current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive and technology environments which may affect the collections operation function.
  • Understand and describe the purpose of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti Money Laundering, and Office of Foreign Asset Control policy (OFAC). Identify the BSA Administrator and responsibilities. Complete annual BSA training. Know where to find the BSA policies, procedures, and forms.

Education and Experience:
Job requires a minimum high school level of language, math and reasoning skills but some college preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.  Formal position training should be supplemented with continuing education.

Primary Function: The Collateral Protection Insurance Administrator (CPI Admin) is responsible for maintaining the CPI program, also known as force-placed insurance and lender placed insurance.  Interface with the CPI vendor as needed.  Perform quality control of insurance placement activities as related to Loan Operations.  Explain and cross-sell the full range of Credit Union products and services to members professionally representing the Credit Union throughout the process.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support all CPI program needs related to the LOS for Direct and Indirect lending.
  • Answer inbound calls related to the CPI program.
  • Make outbound calls to assist members regarding CPI.
  • Review placement reports and make sound financial decisions.
  • Review refund reports to ensure all posting are completed correctly.
  • Process rejects reports to ensure all postings are completed correctly.
  • Research all required account adjustments.
  • Process CPI service request.
  • Identify any program inefficiencies.
  • Assist IT with managing any new or existing CPI interface projects.
  • Work with stake holders to create and manage all needed reports.
  • Review and analyze current procedures to determine if they any updates are needed.  
  • Maintain proper documentation and prepare necessary notifications.
  • Assist Management with training of new employees.
