Status: Full-Time – Exempt

Primary Function: 

Provide leadership and direct staff with overall sales, service and educational operations of a full-service Operations Branch.  Maintain service excellence, optimal product sales growth and effective e-commerce education. 

Job Requirements:

Job requires a four-year college level of language, math and reasoning skills and three or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.     

Job Duties:

  • Direct daily branch operations.Supervise the security of branch operations.Implement and execute all management approved decisions.
  • Monitor and recommend improvements in areas of daily operations & productivity.
  • Assign workflow to ensure excellent service to the membership and to reduce OT. Responsible for providing additional coverage where needed to meet departmental goals.
  • Supervise the lending process within the branch adhering to authority limits established in the Loan Policy.
  • Establish Sales Goals for branch staff.
  • Conducts and participates in business development activities to grow business.
  • Conducts and participates in community development activities.
  • Provide analysis of reviews to focus on ways to improve products and services.Ensure product acceptability through continuous focus on competition.
  • Develop department budget consistent with strategic plan and overall CU budget.
  • Coordinate and support a comprehensive employee learning and development program that enhances knowledge, skills, and performance of the individual.
  • Provide recommendations for hiring, terminations, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals, training and development, and interpretation of credit union rules and policies.Conduct all personnel functions in accordance with applicable statues as provided by Human Resources.
  • Prepare standardized reports and develop customized reports as directed by management.
  • Maintain all branch compliance audits are complete.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled team meetings.Keep staff adequately informed.
  • Act as backup for all branch positions.

Status: Full-Time – Exempt


Job Requirements
:

Primary Function: Evaluate Windows operating environments for Information Assurance (IA) compliance. Includes the identification, tracking and change management coordination for vulnerabilities across the enterprise, as well as, assisting Windows system’s administrators with timely remediation. Assist with plans of action and mitigation for vulnerabilities that cannot be immediately closed.


Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Credit Union System’s Security procedures.
  • Perform Information Assurance scans on fresh build or updated Windows operating environments. Develop mitigation plan for vulnerabilities that cannot be immediately remediated. Maintain and update vulnerability database per Credit Union requirements.
  • Perform External Penetration tests for problem resolution in relation to external vulnerabilities and system hardening.
  • Perform regular system security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all Antivirus Systems, log servers, and IPS/IDS systems, review system logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs.
  • Perform daily backup operations, ensure all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media.
  • Create, change, and delete Network user accounts per request.
  • Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies.  Investigate and trouble-shoot issues.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a weekly basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities for IT staff. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
  • Assist in planning and participating in executing the yearly disaster recovery test utilizing written procedures.  Document analyze and review results.  Report outcome to appropriate personnel.

Job Qualifications:Job requires a two year college level of language, math and reasoning skills and three years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.  Formal position training should be supplemented with continuing education.
