Status: Full-Time – Non-Exempt

Primary Function: 
The Loan Operating System Administrator (LOSA) is responsible for configuration, maintaining system stability, routine maintenance, managing updates, managing users, planning full system upgrades, planning system changes, and all other technical aspects of the three Loan Operations Systems (LOS) currently known as MeridianLink BETA, MeridianLink DEMO, and MeridianLink LIVE. Participate in technical research, development, and implementation.  Ensure that LOS systems and related procedures adhere to organizational values.  Assemble and lead project teams in the initiation, planning, and implementation phases for each technical update. Ensure continual innovation of the LOS systems by being the subject matter expert (SME) in relation to current and future system structure enhancements. Have a strong working knowledge of applicant decisioning, processing, and funding for both Direct and Indirect lending.

Education and Experience: Job requires a two-year college level of language, math and reasoning skills and three years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.  Formal position training should be supplemented with continuing education.

Work Environment/Physical Activities: Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Work creates normal fatigue daily.  Work creates moderate stress during certain periods during daily routine.  Job does not have specific volume and pace of work standards except that the job requires that members be served in the timeliest manner possible. Job requires extensive member contact on a continual basis.

Primary Function
: Calling on new potential members and existing members to develop business and commercial lending and commercial deposit opportunities that benefit both the member and the credit union. Achieving superior levels of product and service to members and coworkers.

Job Duties

  • You must develop excellent knowledge of all credit union products and services with a complete emphasis on commercial, business and SBA loan products and related products and services.
  • You must develop excellent knowledge of all deposit products and related services with a complete emphasis on all cash management products and services including remote deposit capture, on-line banking, positive pay and related services.
  • You must be able to articulate these products and services to new and existing members of the credit union to develop greater deposits and commercial/business/SBA loans.
  • You must be willing to make numerous outside calls, with and without other credit union employees to develop business and further the goals for lending and deposits for the credit union.
  • You must be excellent in follow-up and organization. You must be personable, outgoing and friendly.
  • You must understand that many times your most important customer/member is your coworker as they are a huge referral source.
  • You must be willing to attend functions and events after-hours to promote the credit union.

Education and Experience:
A sales background with an emphasis on service and professionalism is critical. A friendly and outgoing personality combined with problem solving skills is essential. Primary Function:

Develop member account relationships and resolve/process account inquiries by assisting members via telephone and e-mail in a professional, prompt and efficient manner.  Maintain full knowledge of all credit union products and services and

promotions for the purpose of educating members and obtaining new accounts, certificates, checking accounts, and all other opportunities affecting the membership.

Vero Beach Location: 4450 24th Avenue, Suite 101, Vero Beach, FL  32967
Primary Function:  
Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts related to loans and minimize losses related to loan delinquency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily collection activities on consumer, VISA and real estate loans by reviewing credit and other information on delinquent accounts and evaluating prospects for collection of monies owed.
  • Manage the retention of the collections records/documents.
  • Maintain records to support collection activities by documenting communications in FSP and /or CRM.Monitor payments are followed as negotiated. Ensure all delinquent accounts are handled procedurally correct.
  • Remain current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive and technology environments which may affect the collections operation function.
  • Understand and describe the purpose of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti Money Laundering, and Office of Foreign Asset Control policy (OFAC). Identify the BSA Administrator and responsibilities. Complete annual BSA training. Know where to find the BSA policies, procedures, and forms.

Education and Experience:
Job requires a minimum high school level of language, math and reasoning skills but some college preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.  Formal position training should be supplemented with continuing education.

Job Requirements

Primary Function: Evaluate Windows operating environments for Information Assurance (IA) compliance. Includes the identification, tracking and change management coordination for vulnerabilities across the enterprise, as well as, assisting Windows system’s administrators with timely remediation. Assist with plans of action and mitigation for vulnerabilities that cannot be immediately closed.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Credit Union System’s Security procedures.
  • Perform Information Assurance scans on fresh build or updated Windows operating environments. Develop mitigation plan for vulnerabilities that cannot be immediately remediated. Maintain and update vulnerability database per Credit Union requirements.
  • Perform External Penetration tests for problem resolution in relation to external vulnerabilities and system hardening.
  • Perform regular system security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all Antivirus Systems, log servers, and IPS/IDS systems, review system logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs.
  • Perform daily backup operations, ensure all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media.
  • Create, change, and delete Network user accounts per request.
  • Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies.  Investigate and trouble-shoot issues.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a weekly basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities for IT staff. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
  • Assist in planning and participating in executing the yearly disaster recovery test utilizing written procedures.  Document analyze and review results.  Report outcome to appropriate personnel.
