June 24, 2009 - Boca Raton, FL: IBM Southeast EFCU Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee Appointments William (Bill) Boyle, a Member of the Board of Directors of IBM Southeast Employees’ Federal Credit Union for more than 30 years, has retired from the Board and been given the honorary position of Director Emeritus. Board Chairman Don Lee said, “Bill provided a great deal of leadership in developing our Credit Union's strategic direction and plans. He has always been willing to volunteer his time for the betterment of the Membership. I know we all congratulate Bill on a job well done and wish him the best.” Taking Mr. Boyle’s place on the Board is Stephanie Stevens. Ms. Stevens previously served on the Credit Union’s Board Advisory Council and Supervisory Committee and resides in the Atlanta area. Replacing Ms. Stevens on the Supervisory Committee is Peter Blacklock, who previously served on the Credit Union’s Board Advisory Council.
