IBM Southeast EFCU Announces New Business Relationship Manager


IBM Southeast Employees’ Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce a newly extended line of Business products and services. Recognizing that approximately 10% of IBM Southeast EFCU’s Members are small business owners, the Credit Union decided to expand its Business Services offerings to simplify the lives of its Business Members. The new line of Business products and services includes: Business Checking, Business Lines and Letters of Credit, Business VISA Credit Cards, Business Mortgages and Term Loans, Payroll Services, Merchant Services, and more.

Coinciding with the launch of the new Business line is the creation of an exciting new position: Business Relationship Manager. After eight years of service to IBM Southeast EFCU, Curtis Boorse was selected to fill this new role. His experience managing the Member Development/Sales Department as well as the T-Rex Branch will be a great asset to him in his new assignment. Said Boorse, “It’s exciting to be in this new position with a new product line that offers immense potential to deliver Service Excellence to our Business Members.”

IBM Southeast EFCU is pleased to utilize Mr. Boorse’s knowledge and experience while moving forward with this new endeavor. “I am very excited to have Curt Boorse as our Business Relationship Manager. Curt works and breathes our philosophy of Service Excellence,” said Laura Hetherington, Vice President of Loans. “He will strive to build trust and respect in his business relationships, by understanding the small business needs and providing the right product at the right time to satisfy those needs. His goal is to improve the financial lives of small business owners by saving them time, money or simplifying their financial activities.”

IBM Southeast EFCU’s primary goal is to exceed Members’ expectations and this new product line and new position will help the Credit Union better deliver Service Excellence.
