May 11, 2005 - Boca Raton, FL: IBM Southeast EFCU becomes a CU Service Center
IBM Southeast Employees’ Federal Credit Union has joined more than 300 other Credit Unions who are now offering their Members more convenience by participating as a “National Shared Service Center.” This program allows Credit Union Members access to their accounts at any of the Credit Union branch locations in the network.
Participating Credit Unions have joined together and created Shared Service Center locations around the country where Credit Union Members can conduct most of their business as if it were their own Credit Union branch. By sharing facilities, Credit Unions offer greater convenience for Members to access their accounts when traveling, after a move, or if they have accounts at more than one Credit Union. The following services may be available at IBM Southeast EFCU and at other Shared Service Center locations throughout the United States:
Cash checks and make deposits
Cash and Check Withdrawals (Some cash limits may apply)
Make loan payments
Make transfers from and to any account
Purchase Money Orders, Travelers Checks, and Official Checks
Obtain cash advances and balance inquiries
