October 6, 2004 - Atlanta, GA: Clothing Drive Helps the Needy Between October 18-22, the IBM Quarter Century Club is collecting winter clothing for two shelters in Atlanta. This annual event provides winter clothes and personal hygiene items to the Open Door, an intown homeless shelter, and the Atlanta Day Shelter for Women and Children. The IBM Southeast Employee Credit Union is providing collection points at the following locations: Kennesaw - 1075 Cobb Place Blvd - 8:30AM to 4:00PM Wildwood - 3200 Windy Ridge Rd - 8:30AM to 4:30PM South Cobb - 7100 Highlands Pkwy - 10:00AM to 4:00PM (Tuesday & Friday) Everyone is welcome to donate men's, women's, and children's clothing and personal hygiene articles during this drive. It is very rewarding to help others with these basic needs.
