| NEW YEAR MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT. | |

Dear Member,
Your Credit Union enjoyed another good year in 2003. We grew assets by more than 10%, easily passing the $600,000,000 mark. With a sluggish economy and high unemployment, delinquent loans, as expected, rose. However, our delinquencies are manageable, well below 1% of outstanding loans. Our rainy day reserves remain strong at about 10% of capital to assets. Your Credit Union is financially strong! Everything I see leads me to believe that the economy is steadily improving. Consumer spending is rising and unemployment is falling. Based on this, and the good year we had in 2003, I am very positive on 2004. As always, we will stay focused on providing our Members the best experience when dealing with the Credit Union. We remain dedicated to our number one priority - Service Excellence. |

This is our first full year utilizing the new Member Service Measurement System.
This system has been highly effective in providing feedback on our service quality.
Our Members have given us a service quality above expectations rating of 84%. In the
2003 American Banker / Gallup Consumer Survey, 63% of Credit Union Members were
very satisfied, 55% of thrift customers were very satisfied and 54% of bank customers
were very satisfied. Our 84% compares very favorably to these numbers.
However, there is always room for improvement. Your Credit Union staff is constantly looking for better ways to improve our service level. Thank you for your service survey feedback. Your input is important to our continuous improvement. Thank you for utilizing your Credit Union's products and services. We remain in the top 20% of our industry in deposits and services per household. More and more Members are using more services, more often. Over 55% of the Membership use our online banking service. This is an extremely high percentage in the financial industry. We will continue to enhance online banking and other technology processes to increase convenient and fast access to your accounts and services. Thank you for your support in 2003.
