| NEW FRAUD PROTECTION PROGRAM! | |

In our ongoing efforts to protect our Members from fraudulent losses, IBM Southeast EFCU has joined
the Thumbprint Signature Program. This program, which affects non-IBM Southeast
EFCU Members who cash checks with us, helps us protect Credit Union assets. How does it work? All non-Members who attempt to cash a personal check, cash a government check or exchange a personal check for a cashier’s check will be required to give an inkless thumbprint. The thumbprint will be placed on the front of the check (the fingerprinting device leaves no ink stain or residue), and will only be used by law enforcement in suspected fraud situations. |

| LOAN PAYMENTS – THE EASY WAY. | |

IBM Southeast EFCU’s Periodic Payment (automated account transfers) program is a
convenient way to make your loan payments. Your payment for your car loan, line of credit,
mortgage or Visa credit card can be automatically transferred from your Credit
Union Checking or Savings account to your Loan account on the payment due date. When using Periodic Payments, the funds will be transferred on the payment due date. If the funds are not available on the payment due date, the system will automatically attempt to make the transfer for the next 9 consecutive days. |

If the funds are still unavailable after the 10th day, the system will advance to the next payment due date. At that time, your loan payment may be past due, which may result in late fees. An alternate method of payment such as a transfer through Save time, checks and stamps by using the Periodic Payment system!
